- Per school board policy all students are required to ride the bus. For a parent NOT riding the bus the cost is reduced by $137.
- If more or less than 130 people go on the trip the cost may fluctuate accordingly.
- All students are expected to stay in rooms with no less than 4 people in them.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of individual trips will be refunded in full if received 60 days or more prior to departure, subject however to the terms and conditions herein set forth. A $65 administrative fee will be charged per each individual cancellation if occurring less than 45 days prior to departure. Trips cancelled 7 days or less prior to departure are completely non-refundable.
